Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise to build connected customer data and engagement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

This role will focus on the technical implementation of audience creation, customer journeys, data activation, campaign orchestration, marketing automation, and cross-platform integrations. You will work closely with marketing, CRM, product, analytics, and technical stakeholders to translate customer lifecycle and campaign needs into reliable, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Design and implement end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Build and support data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution logic, audience segmentation, and activation workflows.
Develop and maintain Marketing Cloud assets, including journeys, automations, triggered communications, data extensions, and personalization components.




Integrate Data Cloud audiences and insights with Marketing Cloud campaigns and orchestration flows.
Partner with marketing, CRM, product, analytics, and technical teams to translate campaign and customer lifecycle requirements into technical solutions.
Monitor campaign data quality, audience accuracy, and platform performance.
Troubleshoot issues involving subscriber data, segmentation, audience activation, automations, integrations, and campaign execution.
Design and support integrations between Salesforce platforms, third-party systems, and enterprise data sources.
Document technical solutions, dependencies, integrations, and operational processes.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Robust understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys, activation, consent-aware data usage, and campaign orchestration.
Experience with AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, AP
