Overview

A Facilities Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operation of the workplace or facility. The role involves managing office maintenance, vendor coordination, workspace services, and supporting employees with facility-related needs.

How you'll make an impact

Oversee the daily operations of office and facility services
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping activities
Manage vendors for security,



housekeeping, pantry, pest control, electrical, plumbing, and other services
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and facility standards
Monitor office supplies, utilities, and facility-related inventory
Support seating arrangements, office space utilization, and workplace readiness
Handle employee requests related to facility issues and resolve them promptly
Maintain records of service contracts, invoices, and vendor performance
Assist in organizing office moves, internal events, and workplace changes
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality
Liaise with building management and internal teams for smooth operations
