Key Responsibilities
- Support the Bakery Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and team supervision.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining an efficient workflow.




- Manage shift operations, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring smooth execution during each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee food handling and production, and coordinate supply ordering to reduce waste and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations through ongoing training and consistent oversight.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately using POS system, while maintaining accountability for cash handling procedures.
- Train and develop team members on operational procedures, food preparation, customer service standards, and food safety best practices.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bakery setting that reflects our commitment to outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick-service, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
