Job Description
Purpose of the role
To maintain service standards for workplace services, food and beverage services, event planning and other amenities, and collaborate with vendors to deliver on time and within budget.
Accountabilities
Management of workplace budget activities to track expenses, forecast costs and identify potential cost saving opportunities.
Implementation of the Global Facilities Management Contract Governance schedule in Country, Region Site in line with audit requirements.
Management the Banks Global Facilities management Partner delivering of various building service facilities including catering, cleaning, document services, landscaping, waste management, transportation, through vendor coordination.
Collaboration with CRES Commercial to manage the facility budget activities through expense tracking, cost forecasting and the identification of cost saving opportunities.
Development and maintenance of business intelligence data of Global Facilities Management Industry standards including Service benchmarking, performance metrics,



employee satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement.
Identification of Facilities Management Industry creative initiatives to drive continuous improvement, Hybrid working, productivity and Colleague Satisfaction and support the implementation process.
Collaboration with CRES H&S;, Building Operations, Capital Projects and CRES Risk & Governance Management to Log, Manage and track any workplace related risks.
