Description

As a Lead Data Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple data migration and mastering projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategies. You will act as a subject matter expert, driving innovation, standardization, and quality across data initiatives. You will also lead client engagements and coordinate with internal and external teams.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

Architect and lead large-scale data migration programs.
Define data migration frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Lead solution design reviews and ensure technical excellence.
Drive continuous improvement in data processes and tools.
Support pre-sales activities and contribute to proposals and estimations.

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data migration and enterprise data solutions.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.




Deep understanding of data governance, quality, and security.
Expertise in cloud data platforms and integration tools.
Solid leadership, communication, and client-facing
