We are looking for a SaaS Implementation & Demo Executive who can understand business requirements, demonstrate software clearly, configure client accounts and train customers.
This is not a coding job.
You do not need to be a software developer.
You need to be comfortable in learning the operation of the SaaS Platform, understanding business processes and explaining technology in simple language.focused on delivering reliable, user-friendly products to business customers. The team values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, and works closely with clients to understand and address their operational challenges.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for four major areas:
1. Product Demonstrations
Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective customers.
Understand the customer's business first and then demonstrate the relevant SaaS Universe features.
You should be able to demonstrate journeys such as:
Lead → Form → CRM → WhatsApp → Workflow → Calendar → Follow-up
You should not simply show a list of features.
You should explain how the system solves a business problem.

2. Client Implementation
After a customer purchases the service, configure their account according to the agreed requirements.
Responsibilities may include:
