Leads and manages the use of BMS for their area of work. Takes the critical friend role at amber level bids.
Provides significant overall thought leadership and technical capability(ies) and sets the professional standards in their area.




Can function as the Qualified Head of Discipline, Technical Authority or Fellow, while actively leading coordination with other disciplines.
Involvement in international policy setting.
Chairs relevant industry committees or is a highly influential member of the same.

Trusted to represent GTC whenever input is requested on technical matters.
