Role Description The Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive from an interiors background will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying current business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing sales for interior projects. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, conducting site visits, presenting interior solutions and proposals, negotiating terms,



and following up to ensure conversion and client satisfaction. The role involves close coordination with design, project, and operations teams to align client requirements with feasible interior solutions and project timelines. The individual will maintain sales pipelines, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute to sales strategies and market development in the Bengaluru region. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
Strong background in interiors or interior-related sales, with the ability to understand layouts, materials, finishes, and design concepts.
Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales, including lead generation, client presentations, negotiation, and closing deals in the interiors or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
