Job Title: Security Supervisor

Job Purpose

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a protected and secure environment across the premises. This role focuses on executing daily security protocols, monitoring surveillance systems, and handling gate management. It is an individual contributor role with no direct team leadership responsibilities, reporting directly to the Security Manager/Head.

Key Responsibilities

Access & Gate Control: Manage entry and exit points for employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles. Ensure thorough checking and logging of all materials and assets entering or leaving the premises.
Surveillance & Monitoring: Actively monitor CCTV cameras, fire alarm panels, and biometric access control systems to detect any unauthorized activity or safety hazards.
Patrolling: Conduct regular physical rounds of the assigned facility (buildings, parking areas, and perimeters)



to ensure doors are locked, hazards are cleared, and the area is secure.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate physical and digital logs (Visitor Registers, Material Inward/Outward, Shift Handover logs). Report any unusual incidents or maintenance issues immediately to the management.
Emergency Support: Assist senior management during emergencies (fire drills, medical situations, or breaches) by following established evacuation and safety protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass (Higher Secondary).
Experience: Exactly 1 year of experience working as a security guard, gate keeper, or security assistant in a structured corporate or industrial environment.
Language Skills: Ability to speak and understand Marathi and Hindi to communicate with local staff. Basic reading and writing skills in English are required for register entry and system logging.
