This is a remote, six-month opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to build hands-on experience in business development and sales. You will help engage prospective clients, understand their hiring needs, and introduce solutions that address their talent requirements. The role offers direct exposure to client conversations, lead generation, qualification, and sales pipeline development. You will work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment. Your contributions will directly support client acquisition, revenue growth, and business expansion. Accountabilities
Engage with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs, challenges, and business requirements.




Present and clearly explain the available talent and recruitment solutions to potential customers.
Support lead generation, prospect qualification, and ongoing sales pipeline management.
Maintain consistent and professional communication with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to a positive, seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requirements and ensure effective follow-through.
Track business development activities, maintain accurate records, and report progress against objectives.
Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve outreach, sales processes, and client engagement.
