Position Overview
Responsible for quality checks and metadata registration of customer supplied media assets into the Deluxe in-house platforms
Analyze and perform quality control for customer media content including video, captions, subtitles, audio, data, and images.
Conform and manipulate assets when required, as well as augmenting system data with key title,



logging, and other relevant information.
Flexibility & Cross-Functional Support: The candidate should demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude toward supporting multiple Media Services workflows. Based on business requirements, the individual may be trained and deployed across different functions and teams to support operational priorities, volume fluctuations, and service delivery needs.

Key Responsibilities
Perform ingest for all types of media assets.
Utilize enterprise system SAN storages, S3 Cloud buckets and Networking tools.
Interface with end users from various internal and external groups to ensure asset fulfillment workflows are optimized for the Deluxe One platform.
Responsible for reading and learning evolving documentation and participating in occasional training sessions.
Multitask between the use of JIRA ticketing system and Stubs queue to respond to requests in a timely
