We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, engage potential clients, qualify prospects, and drive sales of our IT solutions and services. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with clients and capable of converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's IT products and services.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable IT solutions.
Conduct follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and online meetings.
Schedule meetings and product/service presentations for the sales or technical team.
Maintain and regularly update the CRM and sales pipeline.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations when required.
Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and support the deal-closing process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with Business Development,



Sales, and Technical teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and lead-generation targets.
Research potential clients and identify recent opportunities within the IT market.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or IT sales.
Experience selling IT products, software, or technology services is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
