8 to 15 Years
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Electrical Design projects and teams.
Develop and review cable harness and wiring harness designs.
Work extensively with Zuken E3 and Teamcenter PLM tools.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
Drive technical excellence, quality, and process compliance.
Mentor team members and support project planning and execution.




Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentations Engineering.
Strong experience in harness design and electrical systems.
Proven experience in leading engineering teams and customer interactions.
