Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an MBBS Doctor General Physician based in Ramgarh. The General Physician will provide primary medical care, including outpatient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role involves coordinating with nursing and support staff, offering patient education on prevention and wellness, and referring patients to specialists when necessary. The physician will also participate in clinical protocols, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support training or guidance for junior clinical staff as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a wide range of general health conditions.




Candidates should possess skills in Family Medicine and Nursing collaboration to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Candidates should possess skills in Training and mentoring to support clinical staff development and adherence to best practices.
Recognized MBBS degree from an accredited institution; valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
Prior experience as a General Physician or in a primary care setting, preferably in hospital or clinic environments.
Solid clinical decision-making, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to patient safety and ethical practice.
Effective communication skills to work with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, and ability to document clearly and accurately.
Willingness to work on-site in Ramgarh, with flexibility to handle varied patient loads and emergency cases when required.
