Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bokaro Steel City.



The individual in this role will plan and execute marketing activities to promote IPEC’s programs, including developing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and supporting student outreach initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target segments, managing promotional materials, and engaging with students, parents, and schools to build brand awareness. The Marketing Executive will collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to align marketing strategies with enrollment goals, monitor campaign performance, and provide regular reports and insights. The role also involves maintaining effective communication across stakeholders and ensuring that all marketing efforts reflect IPEC’s values and academic excellence.
