Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Logistics Manager with 10–12 years of experience to lead our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all logistics activities, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance from scheduling to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily logistics: shipment scheduling, transportation, and warehouse ops.
Coordinate with carriers, customs agents, and freight forwarders for smooth import/export.
Track shipments and maintain accurate inventory and delivery records.
Align logistics plans with procurement, production, and sales objectives.
Analyze transportation costs and implement cost-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
Report logistics KPIs and cost efficiency to senior management.
Manage invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading; resolve logistics issues promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

10–12 years in logistics/supply chain leadership roles.
Deep knowledge of customs procedures, import/export rules, and shipping laws.




Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
