Job Summary

Software Engineer III – Data Services

The Standard is seeking a Software Engineer III – Data Services to design, build, and support scalable data-driven applications, APIs, and platform services that enable enterprise analytics, operational reporting, and data product delivery.

In this role, you will develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs, web portals, and integration solutions using Python, .NET, and cloud-native technologies.



You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Platform Engineers, Architects, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing solutions that support enterprise data and analytics initiatives.

As a Software Engineer III, you will contribute across the software development lifecycle, including application development, API engineering, cloud deployment, platform automation, and CI/CD implementation. You will help establish engineering best practices, improve software delivery processes, and drive modernization initiatives using Azure cloud technologies.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, India is a requirement of the role.

Mode of Working: This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. While on-site presence is essential for key engagements, flexibility is offered for remote work based on business needs
