This Manager, reporting to GoDaddy's Head of Corporate Development, will support transaction teams.



Their role is to drive growth and improve GoDaddy's market position with capital deployments and business combinations. This role plays an essential part in crafting our future growth through investments and acquisitions. It brings in recent and innovative capabilities, improves existing ones, and grows our footprint and market opportunities.
You will work across all aspects of inorganic growth, helping identify and build a pipeline of investment and acquisition opportunities. You will independently own meaningful initiatives throughout the deal lifecycle. This involves building financial forecasts, assessing value, and conducting detailed reviews. You will also assist with structuring and negotiations through signing and closing.
