Primary Responsibilities

Full-Stack Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, REST APIs, and Kafka-based event-driven integrations
Solution Architecture & Design: Define application architecture, integration patterns, technical roadmaps, and design standards to ensure scalability, resiliency, maintainability, and security
Technical Governance: Lead code reviews, design reviews, and enforce engineering best practices,



coding standards, and quality gates across teams
Mentorship & Team Leadership: Mentor software engineers, support career development, perform technical onboarding, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
API & Microservices Architecture: Design and optimize scalable RESTful microservices, ensuring robust data integrity and system performance
Cloud & DevOps: Deploy containerized applications via Docker into cloud environments (AWS), supporting CI/CD automation
Delivery: Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, productivity, and SDLC efficiency
