Provide technology trend insights and value argumentation to support market sales activities.
Lead and provide expertise in planning and implementing product portfolio strategies.
Work effectively in diverse environments, applying best practices to improve products or services.
Share initial ideas for the professional direction and development of the organizational unit.
Act as a qualified advisor and mentor for staff, work teams, and task forces.
Lead projects with manageable risks or small teams,



including day-to-day staff management and resource allocation.
Qualifications
Must Have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 15 plus years of experience.
Demonstrated ability to drive technology alignment, product strategy, and portfolio evolution.
Experience gathering competitive intelligence and translating market insights into actionable product enhancements.
Understanding of emerging technology trends, customer value propositions, and business impact assessment.
Proven leadership capabilities with experience mentoring team members and leading small-scale projects or initiatives.
Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams and leadership levels.
