Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AR Caller role based in Chennai. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and other payers to follow up on outstanding medical claims, verifying claim status, and resolving denials or discrepancies. Daily activities include documenting interactions in billing systems, updating claim notes, and escalating complex issues to supervisors or billing specialists as needed. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure timely reimbursement, maintaining accurate records,



and meeting performance targets related to collections and follow-up. The AR Caller is expected to adhere to compliance standards, maintain patient confidentiality, and contribute to a professional, results-driven work environment.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent telephone etiquette and the ability to engage professionally with insurance representatives and internal stakeholders.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of medical billing, accounts receivable processes, and healthcare revenue cycle operations.
Proficiency in using computers and billing software, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and work with spreadsheets or databases.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret explanations of benefits, resolve claim issues, and identify trends in denials or delays.
