Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Faridabad,



responsible for driving brand visibility and lead generation for Optech Aircon’s HVAC solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing marketing plans, managing digital and offline campaigns, and coordinating promotional activities across multiple channels. The role involves creating marketing content, overseeing social media and website presence, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to align messaging with business objectives. The Marketing Manager will track campaign performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to strengthen the company’s positioning in residential, commercial, and industrial segments. This role also includes managing agency or vendor relationships, organizing events or customer outreach programs, and maintaining consistent branding across all communications.
