Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced MI / Reporting Engineer – Billing Transformation to design, develop, and maintain robust Management Information (MI), operational reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions supporting a large-scale Billing Transformation programme.
The role requires robust expertise in reporting technologies, Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, billing processes, Order-to-Cash lifecycle, and data modelling. The ideal candidate will deliver accurate, timely, and trusted insights across billing operations, revenue, invoicing, collections, disputes, and transformation KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Management Information & Reporting
Design,



develop, and maintain reporting solutions that provide visibility into Billing Transformation initiatives and operational performance.
Build reports and dashboards covering:
Billing and invoicing operations
Revenue and billing accuracy
Customer billing lifecycle
Billing exceptions and disputes
Collections and receivables performance
Service and product billing trends
Transformation programme progress and KPI tracking
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and convert them into scalable reporting solutions.
Develop executive-level and operational dashboards to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
Publish and manage governed datasets to enable self-service analytics for Finance and Billing Operations teams.
