Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) role based in Mumbai. The person in this role will identify, engage, and onboard new B2B clients such as housing societies,



real estate partners, and corporate customers for NoBroker HR and related services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, conducting meetings and product demos, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and driving end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure. The role involves building and managing a robust sales pipeline, negotiating commercial terms, maintaining long-term client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product will be key to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction.
