Role Description The Business Development Manager – Solar O & M is a full-time, on-site role located in Current Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for solar operations and maintenance services, including prospecting potential clients, managing leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. Daily activities include preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating commercial terms, coordinating with technical teams to align service offerings with client requirements,



and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and participation in industry events to strengthen PGEPL’s presence in the solar O & M segment. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of projects and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in solar energy, renewable energy, or power sector services.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and commercial proposal preparation.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new opportunities in solar O & M.
Solid understanding of solar project operations, maintenance practices, and basic technical concepts related to utility-scale solar plants.
