Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and end customers. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, conducting client meetings and product presentations, negotiating pricing and contracts,



and monitoring sales performance against targets. The role involves close collaboration with operations and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate invoicing, and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also prepare regular sales reports, analyze market trends, and provide input on product positioning and promotional activities.
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within industrial products, manufacturing, or related sectors.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
Ability to analyze sales data, forecast demand, and develop effective sales plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Comfort working in office in an industrial environment and visiting customer locations as needed.
