Role Purpose
Drive capability-building initiatives for the business by identifying learning needs, customizing content, and delivering high-impact learning interventions in behavioural and professional skills. The role will work closely with business leaders to build context-relevant learning that fits business realities and improves on-the-job effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analysis with business leaders and managers to identify capability gaps and priority learning needs.
Conduct on-floor observations and translate performance insights into targeted development interventions.
Partner with business leaders to co-create learning journeys that are practical, relevant, and hand-in-glove with business expectations.
Customize and contextualize content for behavioural and qualified skills to suit business, function, and audience needs.




Facilitate learning interventions including workshops, micro-learning sessions, and small-group coaching conversations.
Support learning transfer through feedback, follow-ups, and manager alignment.
Track program effectiveness and continuously refine learning interventions based on learner and business feedback.
Ideal Candidate Profile
6–8 years of L&D; experience in the IT / technology environment.
Strong experience in TNA, content customization, facilitation, and behavioural skills training.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into learning solutions.
Strong facilitation presence, coaching orientation, and ability to run short, engaging, high-impact interventions.
Ability to observe on-ground behaviours and convert insights into practical development actions.
