About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive revenue growth, develop high-performing teams, and expand business opportunities in the study abroad/education sector. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, strategic planning, partner management, and sales execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company business objectives.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Drive student/customer acquisition through multiple sales channels.
Develop new business opportunities, institutional partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, partners, institutions, and key stakeholders.
Monitor sales pipelines, lead conversion, revenue,



and team performance through CRM/MIS reports.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to increase market share.
Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews for the sales team.
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Counselling, and Business Development teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue plans.
Ensure effective follow-up and conversion of leads generated through digital campaigns, seminars, events, and partner channels.
Conduct regular sales training, coaching, and performance improvement programs.
Prepare and present sales reports and business reviews to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and professional standards.
