Job Summary

The Director, Agile Product is a senior-level position responsible for managing and overseeing a team/group of product managers and/or product owners and product analysts, who, in turn, manage different products or feature sets. The Director, Agile Product has broad product management experience and a proven ability to manage through the entire product lifecycle. They are responsible for mentoring and developing the product skills of their direct reports.



In addition, they will continue to work with senior leaders to develop and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions, and present product strategy to their stakeholders and leadership. They will set performance goals and measure growth, adoption, and overall performance of our products.
