As a Credit Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in our company's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee credit-related processes, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role is an integral part of our CLM Domestic BFSI team, where you will collaborate with various departments to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information on credit-related matters.
Process and review credit applications, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Evaluate credit risks and make informed decisions on credit approvals.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit operations.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored credit solutions.
Monitor and analyze credit performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit operations.




Ensure timely and accurate reporting of credit-related data and metrics.
Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in credit operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of credit processes, regulations, and industry standards.
