Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and accurate information. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as driving business growth.

Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience.
Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.
