About the Role
Hacktiger Labs is looking for a Remote Sales Closer who can take ownership of the sales process — from identifying potential customers and generating leads to conducting sales conversations and closing deals.
This is a performance-based chance with commission paid on successful deals. It is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, comfortable with outreach, and motivated by earning based on results.

Responsibilities
Generate and identify potential leads
Conduct outreach to prospective clients
Understand client requirements and business needs
Present and pitch Hacktiger Labs' services
Schedule and conduct sales calls
Follow up with prospects consistently
Negotiate terms and close deals
Maintain a pipeline of prospects
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Previous sales, business development,



or closing experience is preferred
Comfortable with cold calling, cold messaging, and outreach
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Results-driven mindset
Ability to generate leads as well as close them

Compensation
Commission-based only.
There is no fixed salary for this role. Earnings will be directly tied to successful sales and closed deals.
High performers have the opportunity to earn significantly based on the volume and value of deals they close.
