Role Description The BIM Modeler is a full-time, in office role based in Pudukkottai.



The BIM Modeler will create and manage detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using tools such as Revit and Navisworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating construction drawings, coordinating with engineers and designers, performing clash detection, and supporting project teams with accurate documentation. The role involves collaborating closely with project stakeholders to ensure models align with design intent, construction requirements, and BIM standards, while maintaining data integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills, including experience with BIM workflows and standards.
