The Branch Operations Executive will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and effective back-office operations within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. This position is responsible for supporting the branch's overall operations, including coordinating with various teams and ensuring a positive customer experience. The executive will work closely with the customer care team, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow.
Coordinate with customer care executives to address customer inquiries and concerns.
Implement and maintain effective customer relationship management systems.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
