Responsibilities




Lead and grow the Product Analytics function for one or more strategic product or business verticals.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Business, Growth, and Leadership teams to define metrics, evaluate product performance, and influence strategic decisions.
Build analytical frameworks that uncover opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization, and creator ecosystem growth.
Establish best practices for experimentation, measurement, causal inference, and metric governance across the organization.
Own the analytics roadmap, ensuring scalable reporting, self-serve dashboards, and reliable KPI definitions.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve instrumentation, event taxonomy, data quality, and real-time analytics infrastructure.
Lead large-scale experimentation programs, ensuring statistically sound experiment design and actionable learnings.
Translate complex analyses into compelling narratives and executive-level recommendations.
