Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Software Engineer - Salesforce Technical Specialist, you will:

Technical Guidance & Oversight: Provide technical leadership and oversight for the other supplier team members, ensuring the adoption of best practices in configuration and development (Apex, LWC) in accordance with Airbus requirements.
Hands-on Development & Configuration: Actively participate in the design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), favouring standard functionality where possible.
Solution Design & Implementation: Translate business requirements into well-designed, scalable, and robust technical solutions on the Salesforce platform,



ensuring they align with established standards and practices.
Proof of Concept & Feature Exploration: Drive technical exploration of new Salesforce capabilities and releases, creating proof of concepts and prototypes to assess feasibility and business impact as required.
Process Optimization & Documentation: Define, document, and refine technical processes to improve team efficiency, code quality, and platform maintenance. Ensure technical designs and solutions are well-documented.
Platform Health & Support: Oversee critical technical platform activities, including monitoring, troubleshooting, addressing security notifications, and providing Level 3 support for complex issues.
Integration Implementation: Work on implementing and maintaining secure integration points between Salesforce and other systems within the Airbus IT Ecosystem.
