About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience managing and growing eCommerce businesses.
The ideal candidate should have experience across eCommerce marketing, website growth, SEO, email/CRM, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.
Solid experience working with eCommerce technology, platforms, websites, or digital commerce products is preferred. An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing/Business will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive eCommerce traffic, sales, conversions, and customer engagement.
Manage the digital customer journey across website, campaigns, CRM, email, and other relevant channels.
Drive Organic SEO and content initiatives to improve search visibility, traffic, and product discovery.
Plan and manage email marketing, CRM, and customer retention campaigns.
Work with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce,



BigCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.
Improve website performance through CRO, A/B testing, landing page optimization, merchandising, and customer journey improvements.
Monitor marketing and eCommerce performance using GA4, Google Search Console, CRM, and reporting tools.
Track key metrics including Revenue, Conversion Rate, AOV, Customer Acquisition, Retention, and Marketing ROI.
Work closely with Technology, Product, Design, Development, and Business teams on website and marketing initiatives.
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and eCommerce growth initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, product discovery, website performance, and repeat purchases.
Use automation and AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and execution.

Mandatory Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Ecommerce Marketing.
