Role Description The Dispatch Manager is a full-time in office role based in Vapi, responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations for full truckload transportation. This role includes planning and scheduling vehicle movements, assigning loads to drivers, and monitoring trips to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with company standards. The Dispatch Manager communicates with customers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve issues, manage updates, and maintain accurate dispatch records. The position also involves supervising dispatch staff,



optimizing routes and capacity, and supporting continuous improvement in logistics processes.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Dispatching and Operations Management skills to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily truck movements.
Candidates should possess solid Supervisory Skills to lead dispatch staff, manage workloads, and ensure adherence to procedures.
