About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager / Growth Expert to lead digital growth for a fast‑growing US‑based Indian Online Grocery brand serving Indian communities across the United States. This role blends content creation, influencer marketing, analytics, and growth strategy. You will work closely with US‑based teams during EST hours and drive measurable social media expansion.
The ideal candidate is independent, data‑driven, and has a proven track record of scaling social media accounts for brands or companies.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Content Management: Plan, create, and publish high‑quality posts, reels, stories, and videos tailored for US‑based Indian audiences.
Influencer Marketing: Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with US‑based Indian influencers; manage outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution.
Growth Strategy & Viral Ideas: Develop viral content concepts, hooks,
and engagement strategies to accelerate follower growth and brand visibility.
Analytics & Insights: Track and interpret metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) to refine content and drive continuous improvement.
Trend Research: Monitor US‑Indian food trends, festival content (Diwali, Holi, Eid, Pongal), seasonal produce, and viral formats.
Team Collaboration: Work daily with US marketing, design, and operations teams to align content with brand goals and product availability.
Campaign Execution: Lead content planning for US‑focused promotions—festive bundles, weekly deals, organic produce, and Indian staples.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages from US audiences with cultural relevance and brand consistency.
Content Innovation: Experiment with current formats, scripts, hooks, and creative ideas to maximize reach and engagement.
