About the Role
UKG is seeking a Director, International Employee Communications to lead strategic employee communications that connect our people to the business, our strategy, and one another across our international markets.
This is a strategic leadership role for a communications leader who understands that effective employee communication is more than delivering message – it is about helping employees understand where the business is going, why it matters,
and how their work contributes to our success. The Director will translate company strategy and business priorities into clear, relevant communications and experiences that build understanding, alignment, and connection across diverse employee audiences.
Based in Pune, this role will serve as a senior communications partner to leaders across our international business, with particular focus on India and other key markets outside the U.S. The Director will work closely with global Employee Communications, regional and business leaders, People Team, and cross-functional partners to ensure global narratives resonate locally while bringing international perspectives, employee insights, and business needs into our broader communications strategy.
