Job Description

We are seeking a 2-3 years skilled and motivated Infrastructure and Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in managing Windows and Linux servers, application monitoring, and providing technical support within the organization like Windows & application installations, and can fix laptop and network issues. The candidate should also be willing to work in night shifts as part of our support team.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Windows and Linux server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
Monitor server performance, conduct regular system checks, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Implement and maintain application-monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and availability.




Provide technical support to end-users remotely and in office for Windows installations, laptop issues, and network problems.
Assist with network configuration and troubleshooting, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery capabilities.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance infrastructure efficiency and security.
Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Participate in an on-call rotation and be available to work night shifts as required.
