Role Description The Senior Menswear Print Designer will lead the design and development of original print concepts for menswear fabrics, translating market trends and brand direction into commercially viable designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching menswear trends and print techniques, creating print artworks and colorways, preparing design files for sampling and production, and collaborating with fabric engineers and production teams to ensure print feasibility and quality.
The role involves managing the full print design lifecycle—from concept and mood boards to final approvals—while maintaining a consistent and innovative menswear aesthetic. The Senior Menswear Print Designer will also mentor junior designers, provide feedback, and support cross-functional collaboration with sales and merchandising. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwandi.
Qualifications
Strong menswear print design skills, including concept development, repeat pattern creation, and color separation for fabric printing.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience preparing print-ready files for textile production.
