About The Job

Vishranti Navale is inviting applications for a Legal Associate position in Thane for candidates with 1–2 years of practice experience in criminal and matrimonial litigation. The position involves assisting with legal work and court proceedings in criminal and matrimonial litigation matters.

Eligibility

Candidates should be proficient in:

(i) 1–2 years of practice experience.

(ii) Experience in criminal and matrimonial litigation.

Responsibility

(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings

(ii) Draft pleadings, applications,



affidavits, and written submissions

(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis

(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials

(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings

(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
