Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Salesforce Test Engineer with a strong background in functional testing and automation, particularly in Salesforce Lead-to-Cash processes including CPQ, CLM, and Billing. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in building test automation frameworks, managing distributed teams, and working in Agile environments. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires deep technical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive quality across the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team

Lead end-to-end QA efforts for Salesforce implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Design and implement robust test strategies for Lead-to-Cash processes including Lead, Chance, Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
Manage test planning and execution across Salesforce CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Billing
Drive CLM testing includes contract generation, redlining, approval workflows, e-signature integrations,



and post-execution processes (renewals, amendments).
Collaborate with legal and operations teams to validate contract templates, clauses, and business rules across various CLM platforms (e.g., Conga, DocuSign CLM).
Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from scratch using Provar or Selenium.
Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java or C#.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous test execution and faster release cycles.
Oversee and manage both offshore and onshore QE teams, ensuring effective communication and timely deliverables.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum Masters in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure test coverage and early defect detection.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Track and report on quality metrics and test coverage across sprints and releases.
