Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This position involves engaging prospective learners via phone, email, and online meetings to understand their career goals and recommend suitable courses and programs. The role includes managing inbound and outbound leads, conducting product demonstrations, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and following up to close enrollments.



The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate closely with customer support and marketing teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience, meet sales targets, and contribute feedback to improve offerings and communication strategies.
Qualifications

Robust Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and convert prospective learners.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities to provide responsive support and build trust with learners.
Account Management experience to maintain ongoing relationships, track learner progress, and encourage renewals or upselling.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic productivity software to manage pipelines and report performance.
