Location: Aundh, Pune (Work from Office - 5 days a week)
Duration: 3 - 6 Months (Convertible to a full-time role based on performance)

Key Responsibilities
Design marketing materials, banners, presentations, social media creatives, and promotional assets
Develop visual concepts and designs from scratch based on a brief




Create original design directions for different brands and campaigns
Work within established brand guidelines while maintaining solid visual consistency
Apply principles of typography, composition, colour, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Adapt and refine designs based on feedback
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to translate ideas into effective visual communication
Assist with visual requirements for reels, videos, and other short-form content

Skills Required
Formal education or training in graphic/visual/communication design is a must.
Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, colour theory, composition, grids, layout, hierarchy, and visual balance
Ability to conceptualise and create designs from scratch, rather than primarily modifying existing templates
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Canva is useful but not a substitute for these tools
