Role Description The Growth Lead – Paid Media (Meta Ads) is a remote contract role responsible for driving measurable growth across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) through data-informed paid media strategies. Day-to-day, this role plans, launches,



and optimizes performance campaigns, including prospecting, retargeting, and conversion-focused funnels for Future Creative Lab® and its clients. The position involves audience research, creative testing in collaboration with the design team, budget allocation, and continuous performance analysis to improve ROAS and acquisition metrics. The Growth Lead will manage reporting dashboards, present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, and identify new growth opportunities, including offers, funnels, and landing page improvements. This role also coordinates with sales and project teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals and client expectations.
