Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Execution & Coordination:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including screening resumes
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Support in sourcing candidates through various job portals and platforms
Job Posting & Employer Branding:
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on different platforms




Ensure job listings are accurate and updated regularly
Support employer branding initiatives where required
Candidate Management & Communication:
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
Ensure a smooth candidate experience
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Assist in preparing basic recruitment reports
Ensure proper documentation of hiring activities

Requirements:
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
