We are looking for a highly driven MBA graduate/student to join the Founder’s Office – Strategy team. This role will work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives, business analysis, board communication, market research, and cross-functional projects. This is a high-ownership role offering direct exposure to business strategy, operations, sales, product, and leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic and business-critical initiatives.
Assist in preparing pitch decks, business plans, financial summaries, and other documents
Conduct market, competitor, industry, and customer research to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Support preparation and circulation of board updates, including business performance, key milestones, financial highlights, strategic initiatives, and upcoming priorities.
Maintain and track board action items and ensure timely follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.




Analyse business and operational data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards, and business reviews for the Founder and leadership team.
Track key business metrics, identify gaps, and follow up on action items.
Assist in evaluating current markets, products, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Operations teams to drive strategic projects.
Support business planning, financial analysis, opportunity assessment, and strategic decision-making.
Monitor industry trends, particularly across BFSI, FinTech, AI, and Conversational AI.
Take ownership of assigned projects from problem identification through execution and closure.
Support the Founder’s Office with ad hoc strategic, analytical, and operational assignments.
