Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at GITA Skill Hub. The specialist will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification,



follow-ups, and closing enrollments for training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with prospective learners and partners via calls, emails, and online meetings, delivering clear program presentations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, tracking performance, coordinating with internal teams to optimize promotional activities, and collecting feedback to enhance learner experience. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to training-related outreach initiatives and help strengthen long-term relationships with corporate, institutional, and individual clients.
